Voice Mail
As we are coming around the bend on this phase of the server upgrade project, I have set the schedule for installation of the new voice mail system. This project will take place on Monday, April 18, 2005. The technicians will do the setup all day on Monday and will bring the new system on line after hours that day. They will be in for 2 - 3 hours on Tuesday to address any problems.
There should be no disruptions to the voice mail while they work. You will need to get all of your messages off the old system since saved messages will not transfer to the new system when we cut it over on Monday evening. You will also have to reinitialize your voice mail box on Tuesday morning. The new system is an upgrade so the new system will function the same as the old (1 for yes, 2 for no, etc.).
Remember, if you experience any problems with the system, Tuesday morning will be the time to ask.
